Vibe Marketing workflow
Vibe Marketing turns a plain-language brief into a reviewable strategy and editable multi-channel content. Every step below is a distinct, inspectable stage. Nothing sends, publishes, or activates automatically — email, LinkedIn, X, automation activation, and experiment variations all require explicit user action after review.
1. Campaign brief
The user (or an agent on their behalf) supplies: promotion, goal, audience, offer, call to action, tone, duration, channels, and an optional product URL.
2. Product URL review
ZOLLO can extract relevant public product information from a supplied URL, but the user confirms the extracted result before it is used in generation.
3. Brand profile
Company description, products, target customers, voice, preferred and avoided words, approved claims, colors, logo, website links, physical address, and default calls to action.
4. Strategy
Objective, recommended audience segment, main message, customer pain points, value proposition, content schedule, and success metrics.
5. Campaign assets
Announcement email, follow-up emails, subject and preview-text variations, plain-text versions, a LinkedIn post, an X post or thread, calls to action, and a recommended schedule.
6. Execution drafts
Editable templates, audience segments, campaigns, automation steps, delays, follow-up rules, and tracking links — created as real, editable ZOLLO records, not just text output.
7. Scheduling
Approved email and social content can be scheduled from the reviewed campaign plan. Nothing is sent early, and nothing is sent merely because it was generated.
8. Performance
Delivery, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, conversions, plain-language analysis, recommended experiments, and approval-gated variations.
AI and content controls
| Model providers | User connects their own OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini API key via guided fields and model selection. |
|---|---|
| Editability | All generated assets remain fully editable after generation. |
| History | Asset versions and generation history can be reviewed and restored. |
| Regeneration | A user can regenerate an entire campaign or a single section. |
| Industry safeguards | Industry-aware checks for general business, real estate, healthcare, financial services, and other supported industries. |
| Data minimization | Generation uses the selected campaign and brand context; the full contact database and customer personal information are not placed into prompts. |
How an agent drives this workflow
Once a strategy and assets are approved by the user, an MCP-connected agent creates the corresponding records with create_template, create_segment, and create_campaign, checks recipient counts with preflight_campaign, and only calls schedule_campaign or send_campaign with confirm: true after the user has reviewed the preflight summary. See /mcp-tools for the complete tool reference.
