Administration and security

Organizations

Data is scoped per organization: users, memberships, roles, contacts, providers, campaigns, social connections, and analytics. An authenticated agent session is bound to one selected organization at a time.

Platform administration

Separate platform-admin interfaces exist for managing users, organizations, subscriptions, and privacy requests across the whole platform. These are not exposed through MCP tools.

Credentials

Email, AI, and social provider credentials are encrypted at rest.

Operational controls

Signed webhooks, audit logs, rate limiting, production secret validation, and sandboxed previews.

Account security

Per-user profile, security controls, session management, password management, and two-factor authentication.
