Privacy and compliance

ZOLLO provides consent fields, unsubscribe links, suppression management, physical sender information, audit history, and privacy-request workflows. Organizations remain responsible for determining and meeting the legal obligations that apply to their own audiences and jurisdictions — for example GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, healthcare privacy rules, and other industry-specific requirements.

An agent creating or sending campaigns should not disable or bypass consent, suppression, or sender identity fields on behalf of a user, and should surface suppression exclusions returned by preflight_campaign rather than silently overriding them.
